U.S. Space Command leaders and Joint Integrated Space Team directors pose for a group photo during the 5th Annual JIST Summit at USSPACECOM’s Bayfield Facility, Colorado Springs, Colorado, August 26, 2025. During the summit, leaders discussed USSPACECOM’s vision, direction, and priorities to better implement them across JIST’s host combatant commands. The JIST includes military and civilian personnel from across services representing USSPACECOM at the 10 other combatant commands. USSPACECOM, working with Allies and Partners, plans, executes, and integrates military spacepower into multi-domain global operations in order to deter aggression, defend national interests, and when necessary, defeat threats.
