USSPACECOM Hosts Slovenian CHOD
U.S. Space Force Gen. Stephen Whiting, U.S. Space Command commander, speaks with Lt. Gen. Robert Glavaš, Slovenian Chief of Defense, and U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Laura Clellan, adjutant general, Colorado National Guard, during a visit to Colorado Springs, Colorado, March 13, 2024. During his visit Glavaš received informational briefs on the USSPACECOM mission and built relationships with key members of the command’s leadership team. The visit was a part of the Colorado National Guard’s State Partnership Program, which pairs a state’s National Guard with the military of its partner nation, focusing on security cooperation and fostering deeper relationships. USSPACECOM, working with Allies and Partners, plans, executes, and integrates military spacepower into multi-domain global operations to deter aggression, defend national interests, and when necessary, defeat threats.
