U.S. Marine Corps Master Gunnery Sgt. Scott Stalker outgoing command senior enlisted leader passes the U.S. Space Command colors to U.S. Army Gen. James Dickinson, USSPACECOM commander, Aug. 7, 2023, during the command’s change of responsibility at Peterson Space Force Base, Colo. During the command’s second-ever change of responsibility since its establishment in 2019, U.S. Marine Corps Master Gunnery Sgt. Scott Stalker relinquished responsibility of the combatant command’s highest enlisted position to Simmons, who previously served as command senior enlisted leader for Space Operations Command.
