U.S. Marine Corps Master Gunnery Sgt. Scott Stalker outgoing command senior enlisted leader passes the U.S. Space Command colors to U.S. Army Gen. James Dickinson, USSPACECOM commander, Aug. 7, 2023, during the command’s change of responsibility at Peterson Space Force Base, Colo.
