USSTRATCOM and USSPACEOM Collaborate to Meet National Objectives
U.S. Air Force Gen. Anthony Cotton, U.S. Strategic Command commander, is greeted by U.S. Navy Rear Adm. John Watkins, U.S. Space Command information warfare deputy director, during a visit to USSPACECOM headquarters, Peterson Space Force Base, Colo., Feb. 13, 2023. During his visit, Cotton and USSPACECOM senior leaders discussed the development and tracking of hypersonic weapons, the status of the nuclear command, control and communications architecture and the future of Joint Electro-Magnetic Spectrum operations. USSTRATCOM and USSPACECOM leadership and staff regularly meet to conduct planning actions in support of national objectives and integrated deterrence.
