CSO visits JTF-SD

"Jay" Raymond, center, Chief of Space Operations, Honorable Frank Calvelli, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for space acquisitions and integration, and other key personnel pose for a photo with Joint Task Force-Space Defense leadership at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado, Sept. 6, 2022. During the visit, Raymond, Calvelli, and other key personnel learned about the JTF-SD's protect and defend mission and its critical command and control networks. The JTF-SD, and its National Space Defense Center, provide unprecedented unity of effort with the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and National Reconnaissance Office to protect and defend against threats in the space domain. USSPACECOM is the 11th Combatant Command with space professionals around the globe keeping an eye to infinity for the defense of the United States and it's allies and partners.
