Keystone fellows are Command senior enlisted leaders currently serving in or slated to serve in a general or flag officer level joint or Service headquarters that could be assigned as a joint task force. USSPACECOM works with senior leaders across the Department of Defense and our allies to instill a warfighting culture, to promote professional growth and advancement that is instrumental to the rapidly advancing capability of the Joint Force.
