Lt. Gen. John Shaw, Deputy Commander, U.S. Space Command, meets with members of the West Space Seminar, which is named for Dr. Gladys B. West, who was instrumental in the field of satellite geodesy and the extraordinary precision of today’s Global Positioning System, during a visit to Air War College.
