USSPACECOM French Bi-Lateral Agreement
U.S. Army Gen. James Dickinson, U.S. Space Command commander, met with Lt. Gen. Stephane Mille, French Armed Forces Chief of Joint Operations, April 8, 2022, at USSPACECOM’s headquarters at Peterson Space Force Base, Colo. During the visit, Mille and Dickinson discussed areas for enhancing space cooperation. USSPACECOM, alongside our key allies and international partners, seeks to deter aggression and irresponsible behavior to ensure a safe, secure, stable and sustainable space environment.
