U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Brook Leonard, U.S. Space Command chief of staff, speaks with the USSPACECOM Joint Integrated Space Team during the first-ever JIST Summit on Nov. 16, 2021, at USSPACECOM headquarters. The JIST is comprised of military and civilian personnel from across the services who represent USSPACECOM at the 10 other combatant commands.
