HASC reps learn about USSPACECOM, JTF-SD missions
U.S. Army Gen. James Dickinson, U.S. Space Command commander, met with Rep. Jim Cooper, of Tennessee's 5th congressional district, and Rep. Michael Waltz, of Florida's 6th congressional district, during their visit to Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado, on Oct. 14, 2021. The congressmen, members of the House Armed Services Committee, met with leaders from USSPACECOM and Joint Task Force-Space Defense to discuss the newest combatant command’s mission to protect and defend the space domain.
