Space no longer ‘benign’ due to growing threats
Lt. Gen. James Dickinson, U.S. Space Command’s deputy commander, talks March 5 during an Association of the U.S. Army event on Army space and integrated air and missile defense in Arlington, Va. The lack of a visible threat makes some believe that adversaries haven't weaponized space and behaving like they do in other warfighting domains, the Army general said.
