Combined Force Space Component Command Established at Vandenberg AFB

During the CSpOC portion of the visit Davidson briefed Roth about the establishment of the Combined Force Space Component Command (CFSCC) at Vandenberg; highlighting how CFSCC will utilize more than 17,000 assigned personnel to plan, integrate, conduct, and assess global space operations in order to deliver combat relevant space capabilities to Combatant Commanders, Coalition partners, the Joint Force, and the Nation. During the visit Roth also met with Vandenberg personnel to discuss base operations and activities at the 30th Medical Group Clinic, the Western Range Operations Control Center, Fire Training Area, Vandenberg Housing, and Space Launch Complex-4.
