Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Albert A. Givens unpacks a satellite, part of the Mobile User Objective Service (MUOS), SATCOM system at Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS) on Nov. 19, 2018. The compact satellite enables signal communication in any crisis response.
