216 SPCS enables CFSCC mission, assures access to space through spectrum warfare

Luke Kitterman) ------ “My job is to make sure the weapons system is secure,” said O’Donnell. “When you are dealing with a weapons systems that is this high of a security level, there are a lot of requirements levied on us by higher headquarters. If we don’t meet those, we don’t operate.”
