Senior enlisted leaders talk integrated deterrence during USSPACECOM visit

By U.S. Space Command Public Affairs Office

Senior enlisted leaders from the National Guard; U.S. Space Command; North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command; U.S. Cyber Command and the National Security Agency; and U.S. European Command met last week to share their perspectives on threats across air, land, sea, cyber and space in order to develop warfighters who understand the threats in all domains and can respond decisively.

Also, as representatives who have equities in all domains, the SELs discussed how to mature the U.S. military's total forces to understand their role in integrated deterrence to ensure the U.S. military can rapidly deliver effects in a conflict.

During the gathering, the visiting SELs got first-hand looks at the missions and capabilities of space units across Peterson and Schriever Space Force Bases, including those within Joint Task Force-Space Defense and Space Operations Command.
